No. An invoice stores the tax it was raised with, so correcting the customer record afterwards does not rewrite documents you have already issued. New invoices use the corrected state. If an already-issued invoice carries the wrong tax head, that is a correction to make on the invoice itself โ usually via a credit note, which your accountant can confirm.
